The short version of how the membership works. The membership agreement you receive after your first conversation is the full one.
The service
Culinatural is a private chef membership in the Denver Metro area. Every service happens in your home during a booked visit: dinner cooked and served, meals prepped for the next few days, and groceries brought with the visit. We confirm every request personally; a request is not a booking until we confirm it.
The rate
Each membership has a rate set for the household after a first conversation, with a visit allowance inside it. Groceries are itemized on the same invoice, each line with its farm. Invoices are built in the app and paid from your Billing page.
Allergens
Allergens are set per person in the app and treated as hard limits in the kitchen. Keep them current; the kitchen cooks from what the app holds on the day of the visit.
Your kitchen
The chef cooks in your kitchen with your equipment and leaves it clean. We will tell you ahead of a visit if anything is needed that your kitchen does not have.
Changes and cancellations
Move or cancel a visit from the app. The membership agreement sets the notice we need and what happens to groceries already bought for a canceled visit.
